Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Can I stay for a single night in a cabin?

A1. Single night stays are only available during the mid-week period from Sunday to Thursday night. Weekend bookings that fall on either a Friday or Saturday night require a minimum 2 night stay duration.

Q2. How do I book a 1 night stay?

A2. 1 night bookings must be entered manually by a Love Cabins staff member - please email us at with the Cabin name, Date and number of guests to start the 1 night booking process.

Q3. How do I check in to my cabin?

A3. Checkin is very simple. Simply follow the directions to your cabin (sent via email after you made the booking) and let yourself in. The cabin will be left unlocked  - you do not need to pickup keys from anywhere.

Q4. When will I be charged for my booking?

A4. To secure a booking you need to provide a credit card, after which full payment will be charged to your card 14 days before your arrival. If you wish to cancel your booking after we have charge you, we will not refund any payments you have made unless we can rebook the cabin. If we can rebook the cabin, payments will be refunded minus a 10% (of total booking cost) administration fee.

Q5. Why does the cabin I want not show up on the booking system?

A5. .If a particular cabin does not appear on the list of results on the booking system then it is unavailable to book. This could be for the following reasons:

1. THE DATES ARE ALREADY BOOKED - The cabin has already been booked for at least 1 of the dates in the query you have selected. If you are making a last minute enquiry about the upcoming weekend there is a high chance that the cabin may already be booked out. Popular cabins like the Treehouse and Cave are generally booked out weeks or months in advance.

  • Tip: TRY DIFFERENT DATES - Use the buttons below the results list to move forwards or backwards by days and weeks. Each time you press the button the list will refresh and display the available cabins on that date. This is an easy way to find alternative available dates

  • Tip: CHANGE DURATION - Reduce the duration of your planned stay - longer stays are more likely to conflict with already booked dates. Start the booking query again and enter a duration of 2 nights.

2. CABIN MAXIMUM GUEST LIMIT EXCEEDED - Most of our cabins can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests - if you have entered more than 2 guests, the cabins that only accommodate 2 people will not appear on the list of results.

  • Tip: Start the booking query again and reduce the number of guests to 2 adults and 0 children/infants
